We are SAFE and SNAPPY Here in the Hurricane Zone!
We had a restless night, , the wind gusted to about 80 miles an hour. But our house came through wonderfully! The roof looks good, we didn't lose anything, but a small tree that we planted in the front yard was pulled out. It was staked down, very well, so it didn't become a projectile. Thats the only thing we can find. The kitties were restless last night, and Dad is here with us. We all stayed in the family room and listened to the coverage of the storm first on the tv and then on the radio, after we lost power. But it's now 8:15 and we have power again. YEA! But, our cell phones don't work yet. We can call out on our house phone, because it is through the cable. Talk to yall soon, We love you!
